In the 600 sqm land area, we developed 4 Tropical Contemporary Houses, with a Resort Experience approach, the houses had a purpose to bring comfort and relax to the resident. Feature Marmo stonewall, solid wood door and railing, unplaster wall accent, natural sunlight, cross air circulation, and open garden inside and outside the house will bring the concept of resort in the middle of urban rural area. 

Each house consist with two storeys of level with 120 sqm - 180 sqm of building area, a semi open foyer, innercourt, living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom with Bath, two bedroom, a sharing bathroom, two carpark and a compact service zone (wash, dry, service room, storage) with a separate accesed from the main door.
